Bangladesh is one of the most densely populated countries in the world, with a significant number of people living below the poverty line. 40% of the population live on less than £1.00 per day. At least 245 million women around the world have been widowed and more than 115 million of them live in devastating poverty including 4.7 million from Bangladesh.
